Since last July 6th, when I had open heart surgery, I’ve been at the top of my own prayer list. With complications and three hospital stays plus in-home care, I figured I needed all the help I could get.
Also at the top of my list have been friends of many years: Leroy Bridges, Odilia Dank, Delmas Ford, all suffering from the maladies that often come from age.
Today, I add to the list my son-in-law.
Having been ill since before Christmas, he was admitted to Baptist Hospital and was diagnosed there with non-Hodgkins lymphoma (T-cell); chemotherapy began today.
Mike, my heart goes out to all of you. You and Ann have really had more than your share and now to watch your daughter and son-in-law go through the steps of his life…God Bless each and everyone…
