Congressman Paul Ryan, one of the most powerful members of Congress, has endorsed Congressman James Lankford’s bid for Oklahoma’s U. S. Senate seat being vacated by Senator Tom Coburn.
Ryan, chairman of the House Budget Committee, recognized Lankford for “his work and integrity.”
Ryan said, “James Lankford is a family man and a man of faith. We need him in the U.S. Senate to hold Harry Reid and the President accountable. James is one of the most earnest, dedicated, and hardworking leaders I have had the privilege of working with. James will be a reliable, consistent conservative in the Senate, and I am proud to support his campaign.”
