Longtime political consultant and former newspaper reporter Mike Carrier has been named director of the University of Oklahoma’s Political Communication Center.
He replaces the late Leroy Bridges, who held the position for years.
Carrier began his career with the Tulsa Tribune and later became a political consultant.
