Parts of Governor Fallin’s agenda for this year have made it through the Legislature halfway through the session. However, other hallmarks like Education Savings Accounts and consolidation of dependent schools into independent districts have failed. The Tulsa World’s Barbara Hoberock reports there is time left for some of Fallin’s other proposals such as smart on crime reforms.
