The Tulsa World’s Barbara Hoberock writes that the Legislature has passed a resolution calling for a “Convention of the States” to amend the U.S. Constitution. Senate Joint Resolution 4 was authored by Senator Rob Standridge. SJR 4 calls for a balanced budget amendment and a Congressional term limit amendment.
