Boren Concerned About Tax Cut Mentality of State

As the face of an initiative to raise sales tax by a penny to help pay for education, University of Oklahoma President David Boren is airing his concerns about the drive for tax cuts. The Tulsa World‘s Randy Krehbiel writes that Boren believes the state could be in for hard times if the “tax cut, tax cut” mentality continues to play out in state government.
