Proposal by Retail Liquor Association Struck Down by OK Supreme Court

The Oklahoma Supreme Court invalidated one of the proposed ballot measures to put wine and strong beer in grocery stores. The Oklahoman’s Rick Green reports the measure backed by the Retail Liquor Association of Oklahoma won’t appear on November’s ballot, while other liquor modernization efforts still have a chance.
