Adam Luck Joins E Foundation

The E Foundation for Oklahoma today announced that Adam Luck is joining the organization as Policy Director.

Luck most recently served as the Oklahoma state director of Right on Crime, an initiative of the Texas Public Policy Foundation focused on developing conservative ideas to reform the criminal justice system.

“I am very excited to be joining the team at the E Foundation for Oklahoma,” said Luck. “I am grateful to the many organizations and people that allowed my family and me to return to Oklahoma to work on criminal justice reforms. We made significant progress over the last year, and I look forward to continuing work on this important issue and many others. I care deeply about our state and its communities, and I count it a blessing to be able to bring my passion for effective policy and desire to improve the lives of others to this new role.”

Luck will join the E Foundation in June.

“We started the E Foundation with the goal of looking at the world of public policy differently,” said Oklahoma Lt. Gov. Todd Lamb, Chairman of the E Foundation. “Adam is incredibly talented, creative and thorough, and he is committed to developing and exploring policy ideas that identify efficiencies and modernize government.”

Luck served in the Air Force as a Korean Cryptologic Linguist after earning a bachelor’s degree in Global Security and Intelligence Studies from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He also holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

“This is an exciting day for the E Foundation,” said Michael Carnuccio, President of the E Foundation. “The future of policymaking is changing every day, but most public policy thinkers are still applying traditional approaches and ideas that cripple strategic initiatives before they even get off the ground. Adam is a rising star because of his ability to effectively think through complex issues and design innovative solutions that transform the way we think about public policy. His long-term approach to policy is a perfect fit for our organization, and I am really looking forward to collaborating with him on a daily basis.”

The E Foundation for Oklahoma focuses its efforts on six pillars of opportunity for strategic innovation in public policy design: education, energy, exporting, efficiency in government, entrepreneurship and enduring freedom; intent on creating a clear vision and actionable plan to make certain our great state can compete and succeed in an ever evolving world.
