Biggs Recognized for Work on Right to Farm

For his work to get State Question 777, known as Right to Farm, on the ballot, the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association has given Rep. Scott Biggs it’s OCA Legislative Appreciation Award. The award was established to recognize elected officials who support the state’s agriculture and cattle industries.

“Representative Biggs is a cattleman serving in the Legislature and he therefore knows the issues cattle producers face every day,” shared Charlie Swanson, OCA President. “We sincerely appreciate his foremost clarity on his stance no matter the issue and especially his loyalty and undying support for Oklahoma agriculture and the beef industry. This has been shown time and time again through his work in getting SQ 777 ‘Right to Farm’ on the ballot in November.”

Biggs was given the award at the recent Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Convention and Trade Show held in Norman.
