The conflict between Governor Fallin and the Workers Compensation Commission Chairman Robert Gilliland is heating up. She has asked Gilliland to resign. The Tulsa World reports he is refusing to step down and claim Fallin and State Finance Secretary Preston Doerflinger’s actions were “inappropriate and illegal.”
