Oklahoma Civil Justice Council Issues Evaluation on Supreme Court, Civil Appeals Judges

The State Chamber’s Oklahoma Civil Justice Council has published its judicial evaluation for the Oklahoma Supreme Court and the Court of Civil Appeals. The organization rates the judges concerning their decisions on cases which could involve liability creation and its expansion or restraint.

“The expansion of civil liability by our courts adversely impacts the creation of jobs in our state,” said Fred Morgan, president of the Oklahoma Civil Justice Council. “Just as the State Chamber monitors and evaluates the activity of the Legislature, our members are very interested in receiving more information about how decisions of the judiciary impact them.”

The Oklahoma Civil Justice Council’s evaluation report on the judges can be found here.
