Inman Names House Minority Leadership

House Democratic Leader Scott Inman has assembled his team for the 56th Legislature. Four of them are in their final term, while five are in their second term of office. At the end of the year, Inman will become the longest serving House Democratic Leader in state history according to House Democrats.

Rep. Eric Proctor will serve as the Assistant Minority Leader, while Rep. David Perryman becomes the new Minority Floor Leader. Reps. Emily Virgin, Brian Renegar, Cory Williams, Johnny Tadlock and Ben Loring have been named Assistant Minority Floor Leaders.

House Democrat Caucus Secretary is now Rep. Steve Kouplen.

Rep. Chuck Hoskin will retain his role as Minority Caucus Whip. Rep. Cyndi Munson is the new Assistant Minority Whip.

Rep. Shane Stone is the Caucus Secretary and Rep. George Young Sr. is serving as Caucus Vice Chairman.
