Pruitt Ordered to Turn Over Documents to Watchdog Group

Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt has been ordered to turn over documents related to his office’s dealings with oil, gas and coal companies to a watchdog organization. The Oklahoman‘s Kyle Schwab writes an Oklahoma County Judge sided with The Center for Media and Democracy that Pruitt’s office had delayed turning over the documents and was violating the Open Records Act by not fulfilling the request made two years ago.

Pruitt is set to be confirmed as Administrator of the EPA by the U.S. Senate.
