Revenue Failure Likely

Preliminary figures obtained by the Associated Press indicate Oklahoma’s state government is headed toward another revenue failure. The AP (via the Tulsa World) reports that collections to the General Revenue Fund are likely to miss the estimate by 5.7 percent. The State Equalization Board is set to certify Tuesday the amount of money lawmakers will have for next fiscal year’s budget.
