House Committee Approves Bill Meant to Protect “Critical Infrastructure” from Protesters

Rep. Scott Biggs managed to get his bill to punish people for trespassing on or interfering with “critical infrastructure” like pipelines and rail roads. The Tulsa World‘s Randy Krehbiel writes the bill was written over the concerns oil and gas companies have because of the protests against the Dakota Access Pipeline project.
