Congressman Tom Cole wrote an Op-Ed piece for The New York Times outlining his expectations for President Trump’s Congressional Address Tuesday night. Cole feels Trump has started down the right path to change things in Washington, D.C., but he’ll be expected to lead on issues such as healthcare, immigration and the tax code.
