KOCO: Moore PD to Recommend Prostitution Charges Against Shortey

According to KOCO-TV 5 in Oklahoma City, the Moore Police Department is recommending prostitution related charges be filed against Senator Ralph Shortey. It is related to an incident first reported by The Oklahoman that involved a teenager and Shortey in a Moore motel room. Details of that encounter have yet to be released.

Recently, Shortey advocated changes to State Question 780 to create felony drug zones, written legislation to allow for citizens to shoot down drones over their property and worked as a campaign chair for the Trump Presidential campaign in Oklahoma.

Several media outlets have asked for comment from Shortey, but one has yet to be provided.
