Cleveland County District Attorney Greg Mashburn leveled three felony charges at embattled Senator Ralph Shortey related to a police investigation concerning activities with a minor. The Oklahoman‘s Nolan Clay writes Shortey surrendered to authorities around noon on Thursday and was processed through the Cleveland County Jail. Clay revealed last week the Moore Police Department was investigating why Shortey was in a motel room alone with the teenage boy.
