Oklahoma Supreme Court Throws Out Attorney General’s Medical Marijuana Ballot Rewrite

The Oklahoma Supreme Court threw out the Attorney General’s version of a medical marijuana ballot title and restored the previous language written by Oklahomans for Health. The Oklahoman’s Briana Bailey writes the organization which collected the signatures to allow voters to decide the medical marijuana issue, sued when AG Scott Pruitt changed the language.
