Death Penalty Review Commission Suggests Extending Moratorium, Making Improvements to Process

The Oklahoma Death Penalty Review Commission released its 300 page report with more than 40 recommendations to make improvements to the state’s death penalty process. The Oklahoman’s Graham Lee Brewer writes while it will be up to the Legislature and Governor to take action on the report, the Commission believes the execution moratorium should be extended until improvements can be made.

    STOP wasting tax payers funds, CARRY OUT THE SENTENCES. why should we be concerned of the killers pain, they certainly showed NO concern of those they murdered.
