The Oklahoman is reporting Senator Kyle Loveless has resigned his seat in the Oklahoma Senate. According to the story, the resignation comes amid an investigation into campaign finance funds. Loveless is the second Senator to resign his seat during the session. Ralph Shortey resigned earlier after charges related to underage prostitution were filed against him.
