Fallin Executive Order on Drunken Driving Process Upsets DUI Law Authors

Governor Fallin signed an executive order last week which appears to take some teeth out of a drunken driving bill that was signed into law this year. The Oklahoman’s Randy Ellis writes the authors of Senate Bill 643 are critical of the move. Rep. Scott Biggs is the House author and has been blamed for Fallin’s criminal justice reforms stalling this year.
