Congratulations to Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook for being the NBA’s Most Valuable Player.
While the award has nothing to do with Oklahoma politics, The McCarville Report’s namesake, Mike McCarville, was one of the team’s biggest fans. I can only imagine that he’s smiling down from Heaven at seeing Westbrook win the award after putting the Thunder on his back this season.
