U.S. Senator James Lankford was one of the Senators who voted Tuesday to move the health care reform debate forward. The moment saw U.S. Senator John McCain return to the upper chamber of Congress after being diagnosed with a brain tumor.
Lankford recorded a video explaining the situation in moving the issue forward, despite the troubles experienced with previous attempts to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act, commonly known as Obamacare.
