Legal Challenge to Liquor Modernization Law Dismissed

The challenge to Oklahoma’s liquor modernization efforts was dismissed in federal court on Thursday. The Oklahoman’s Brianna Bailey writes liquor store owners filed a lawsuit challenging a law allowing grocery stores to sell wine and strong beer in December.
