The Legislature is set to begin a special session Monday to patch a $215 million budget hole created when a cigarette cessation fee was ruled unconstitutional. Governor Fallin issued the call for special session and left the door open for lawmakers to also come up with a way to give teachers a raise.
The House and Senate will convene the special session Monday at 1:30pm.
