Congressman Frank Lucas has a chance to chair one of the most powerful committees in the U.S. House of Representatives, and he is making it clear he is interested. The Oklahoman’s Justin Wingerter writes as the chairmen of the House Financial Services Committee and the House Science Committee retire, Lucas has a legitimate shot at replacing them. Chairing the Financial Services Committee would put Lucas in position to help create Wall Street and banking policies.
