In his role on the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, U.S. Senator Jim Inhofe took the opportunity to question the nominees. Kathleen Hartnett White has been nominated to be a member of the Council on Environmental Quality. The Trump Administration also nominated Andrew Wheeler to be Deputy Administrator of the EPA, however, Inhofe didn’t ask him a direct question. The hearing took place on Wednesday.
