Boles Wins House District 51 Special Primary

Brad Boles will move on to face Democrat Charles Murdock in the special general election for House District 51. Boles defeated his Republican challenger, Dustin Payne, in Tuesday’s special primary.

The unofficial results from the Oklahoma State Election Board show that Boles was the overwhelming favorite of HD 51 Republicans. He won with 82 percent of the vote.

The special general election will be held on March 6. It will determine who replaces former Rep. Scott Biggs.
