Auditor and Inspector Gary Jones has unveiled his plan to right the ship of state government through a revenue and reform plan. The Oklahoman’s Chris Casteel writes it has some elements in common with the Step Up Oklahoma plan and makes Jones the first Republican gubernatorial candidate to support raising taxes to fix the budget.
