Governor Fallin will deliver her final State of the State address Monday to open the 56th Legislature’s Second Regular Session. She is expected to give her remarks at 12:45 p.m. in the House Chamber.
It is an unusual situation because the Legislature comes into the Regular Session with its second Special Session from last year not officially ended. Fallin will also present her final executive budget proposal to lawmakers.
