An open records lawsuit seeking the release of a Tar Creek audit which could indicate an alleged conspiracy against the state is being allowed to move forward. The Oklahoman’s Justin Wingerter writes Oklahoma County Judge Patricia Parrish threw out Attorney General Mike Hunter’s request to reject the lawsuit. At issue is an audit conducted by the State Auditor and Inspector’s Office which was kept from being released by then Attorney General Scott Pruitt.
