A key indicator to the strength of a campaign is how well it is raising money. The Oklahoman’s Justin Wingerter writes Democrat Kendra Horn leads her fellow party candidates in fundraising in the first quarter of this year with more than $122,000. Incumbent Congressman Steve Russell is facing two other Republicans for the nomination. He leads GOP fundraising for the seat with $136,000 raised last quarter.
