Saying a budget agreement is near, House leaders indicated legislative business could be complete by the first week of May. The Tulsa World’s Barbara Hoberock writes Majority Floor Leader Jon Echols said that plans are underway to end the House session by May 4 and that only a few details are left to negotiate in a $7.6 billion budget agreement.
