“Constitutional Carry” Resurrected, Passed by Oklahoma House

Constitutional carry legislation is back and won approval in the Oklahoma House Wednesday night. The Tulsa World’s Randy Krehbiel writes Senate Bill 1212 was amended to the “constitutional carry” language which would allow individuals who are not prohibited from owning a firearm to carry it. The measure heads back to the Senate.
