Pharmacy Board Director Allegedly Offered Ezell Job for Stricter Medical Marijuana Rules

It appears Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy director Chelsea Church offered former Oklahoma State Health Department general counsel Julie Ezell a better paying job, if she managed to get the Board of Health to adopt medical marijuana rules which would require a pharmacist in each dispensary. NonDoc’s William Savage III writes this was happening while Ezell was drafting the rules which were going to be presented to the public, and while she allegedly sent threatening emails to herself. Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater said he is looking into the matter. Ezell is facing charges for allegedly sending those emails to herself.
