Representatives Brian Renegar, Chuck Hoskin and David Perryman are calling out the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs for allegedly violating HIPPA laws during a software outage in late July. The Oklahoman’s Justin Wingerter writes the trio have sent a letter to Governor Fallin asking for the firing of Veterans Affairs Executive Director Doug Elliott and clinical compliance director Tina Williams. Elliott denies the allegations.
