Oklahomans for Cannabis has issued its own draft legislation in hopes the Legislature would adopt it as the framework for medical marijuana in Oklahoma. The Tulsa World’s Samantha Vicent writes the move is considered a split with other cannabis advocacy groups working on legislation in correlation with the bicameral medical marijuana legislative work group.
