Former Oklahoma Senator Ralph Shortey will spend 15 years in federal prison for having a sexual encounter with a 17 year old boy. The Oklahoman’s Nolan Clay writes Shortey apologized for living a double life. He pleaded guilty late last year to child sex trafficking.
