The Oklahoma Supreme Court issued a decision to reject the Oklahoma Ethics Commission’s bid to sue for more funding from the Legislature. The Oklahoman’s Nolan Clay writes the Commission and Legislature are at odds since stricter rules have been placed on elected officials. The Commission claimed the Legislature isn’t properly funding it, so it cannot perform its basic duties.
