The independent, online journalism organization NonDoc is hosting a debate for the Congressional District 5 candidates, Republican Steve Russell and Democrat Kendra Horn, on October 24.
The event will be held at the City Presbyterian Church, 829 N.W. 13th Street in Oklahoma City. NonDoc is working with KWTV News 9 to stream the debate live across its digital platforms.
