Democratic candidate for Oklahoma Attorney General Mark Myles contends the Oklahoma Corporation Commission failed to protect property rights in Rogers County from drillers. OK Energy Today reports Myles claims BP/Amoco and GTI drilled test wells without a permit and produced oil and gas without paying taxes. This stems from a case that was appealed to the Oklahoma Supreme Court, which upheld the Corporation Commission’s decision.
