Senate President Pro Tem-designate Greg Treat used his new video podcast to describe his bill to create the Legislative Office of Fiscal Transparency or LOFT. Senate Bill 1 reintroduces the idea of giving the Legislature a way of getting direct information on how state agencies spend money.
