Bail Reform Measure Dies in House

Senate Bill 252 looked to change the bail system in Oklahoma, but it was stopped short of becoming law in the Oklahoma House on Wednesday. NonDoc’s Tres Savage writes legislators with law enforcement backgrounds stood against the bill saying the state is not ready for the cost of the reforms.
