Opioid Trial at Halfway Point

The opioid trial has reached the halfway point as the State of Oklahoma has nearly rested its case and Johnson & Johnson ready to call its first witness. The Oklahoman’s Randy Ellis writes Attorney General Mike Hunter said the state has demonstrated opioid manufacturers engaged in collaborations and conspiracies causing the crisis. Johnson & Johnson called the State’s case vague.
