The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is looking into “ghost students” on the rolls of Epic Charter Schools, which is the largest virtual charter school in the state. The Oklahoman’s Nuria Martinez-Keel writes OSBI agents are investigating Epic co-founders David Chaney and Ben Harris. Epic defended itself saying the school is audited each year and it operates within state and federal law.
