Hunter Hires Michigan Law Firm to Help with Tribal Gaming Negotiations

The Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office is offering up to $250,000 to a Michigan law firm to help with tribal gaming compact negotiations. The Associated Press reports Attorney General Mike Hunter signed an agreement with Dykema Gossett to assist his office in negotiating a new gaming compact. Governor Kevin Stitt and tribal leaders are in a standoff over gaming fees as the compacts are set to expire at the end of the year.
