Lankford Inquires About Border Agent Recruitment, Other Southern Border Issues

During Wednesday’s Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee – Government Operations and Border Management Subcommittee hearing, U.S. Senator James Lankford asked about how effective recruitment was for quality agents at the Customs and Border Protection (CBP), as well as, other security issues.

Lankford would like to see improvement in curtailing the flow of drugs across the border and using technology to keep legal activity secure and moving efficiently.
