It’ll be November 15th when the Legislature will convene in a Special Session to handle the constitutional duty of redistricting using the 2020 Census figures. Governor Stitt called the set the date for the Special Session on Friday.
Legislators will only focus on the redistricting and no other subjects.
Congressional and legislative directors will be redrawn, while lawmakers amend candidacy and other deadlines as appropriate because of the delay in Census figures.
