OK Supreme Court Rules for Limited Right to Abortion to Save Woman’s Life

The Oklahoma Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled that a small part of Oklahoma’s abortion ban was void and unenforceable.

The Hill’s Joseph Choi writes the 5-4 ruling found that the state’s bill of rights “protects the right of a woman to terminate her pregnancy in order to preserve her life.”
